Bill Charmatz illustrated a weekly column called
"Scorecard" for Sports Illustrated for
over 20 years, plus several major painting assignments that
depicted scenes from Major League Baseball. He attended
many weeks of spring training with the NY Yankees, St. Louis
Cardinals and the Baltimore Orioles in St. Petersburg, Florida.
